Client Brief

The client wanted a complete redesign of their existing house bathroom. A very vibrant orange venetian plaster dominated the room along with huge bath. The main brief was to incorporate a separate shower which would make the room more functional and to retain some of the rustic features adding a warmth to the room…but not orange.

The

Design

The overall design was lavish and elegant and incorporated a cleverly designed shower area which made use of the space whilst still having space for a large bath. We added in a stone basin which was sat upon a wooden plinth this again created warmth but bringing in the all important rustic elements. The room was complemented with a combination of split faced effect Italian porcelain tiles and natural stone effect this created an overall sophisticated feel whilst in-keeping with the rustic feel of the stone mullions.

We opted for a large Bette bath and paired this with nickel brassware throughout to add a touch of modern to the design.
